energy

Today is Sacral chakra day. Wear orange, use the note"D", eat sweet potatoes and drink extra water. Find that place inside where your passion lives and have a long conversation with it. Run or dance with your animals. I've been having a hard time lately. I have felt like I have no control over circumstances surrounding those that I caretake. I have to rise up and establish my power - not over things but inside myself and inside the world. If I don't choose to be real, I won't be.
