Focus

Today is root chakra day. Get grounded. Use the color red, the musical note "C" and eat root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, etc. Be aware and move deliberately. Do not rush. Do not hurry. Find your place on this Earth. Sit on the earth, listen to Nature. Meditate with total attention on the breath. Life will unfold itself before you with no effort. Just Be. Kiss all your loved ones, especially your animals.
